With 2800 athletes from all over the world competing in Sochi, having four medal winners from Tahoe makes us proud.

P.S. Many past Tahoe athletes have won Olympic medals as well as many medals in World Cup races and at the X Games, but of the current U.S. Team, it is worth noting that Julia Mancuso won a Gold medal in 2006 and two Silvers in 2010 (Her four-Olympic medals is the most ever for a U.S. female skier).
Hannah Teter also brought home a Gold in 2006 and a Silver in 2010.

Do you have kids with dreams of Olympic glory? You couldn't do better than raising them here in Tahoe...
