The soon-to-be-released Tom Cruise movie, Top Gun: Maverick, is the latest big movie to be filmed at our lake. It reminds one of how many movies and TV shows have come before, showing off our area and benefiting from the association.

ReplyDeleteFunny you should mention Top Gun and the fact that Tahoe has been featured in movies for decades. LTCC published in their 2019 Kokanee literary journal my short story about getting behind-the-scenes pics of Tom Cruise while he was in Tahoe (December 2018).
